Is my order inclusive of GST?

Yes, all the prices mentioned on our store are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Service Tax.

How do i cancel my order?

You can cancel your order only if the product you ordered hasn’t already left our store for delivery. Rest assured, if all the conditions are met, you can cancel your order and get a refund in 5-7 business days.

What if my received order is damaged or defective ?

You are entitled to a refund in situations wherein you receive a wrong order, your package is damaged during transit or if the package delivered is way past its expiry date.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through all major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Rupay), Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay Wallet, UPI & Net Banking. UPI Payment On Delivery is also possible. The payment has to be made in India Rupees, as per the final invoice.

What happens in case of a payment failure?

In case of any payment failures and charges incurred refund will be routed through the vendor’s payment gateway. Refund is back to source only and subject to third party vendor’s policy. Payment to other than customer account/third party payment is not permitted under Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
